Review by hotel critic
During my recent gourmet getaway at the Bellerive, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary creativity on display at the on-site restaurant. The ambiance was welcoming, yet refined—just what you’d expect from a culinary destination. I enjoyed a delightful dinner where the dishes were beautifully presented, showcasing local ingredients with a modern twist. One breakfast morning, the service from a young waitress stood out; she was genuinely attentive and brought a cheerful energy to the meal. The limited breakfast options felt a bit repetitive over my stay. Although the hotel boasts a prime location, the value didn’t quite align with my expectations given the price point—especially considering the rooms' basic furnishings. While the food experience was noteworthy, other aspects left me wanting more. For fellow food enthusiasts, Bellerive offers a unique dining experience amidst its scenic backdrop, making it a worthwhile visit.
